Outlook 2010 works under Windows 10?  Really?

My Outlook has stopped working completely after upgrading to Win 10.  I have run repair and that has not helped...

I am running Office 2010 Professional and I get a "work file can not be created" error and outlook sits at the splash screen.

Office 2010 should work without problems in Windows 10, but there seems to be a problem after upgrading the OS or using EasyTransfer. Take a look at this blog article: http://www.slipstick.com/problems/outlook-could-not-create-the-work-file/
